Twitter, one of the world’s most popular social platforms, is experiencing an access problem, which has never fallen off the agenda due to the turbulent buying process with Elon Musk. Twitter crashed? Why doesn’t Twitter open? It is among the most sought after on the internet right now.
According to Down Detector data, user reports indicate problems with Twitter. Most of the issues reported to Down Detector are also access related.
“Something went wrong. Try uploading again. Try again” warning appears on the homepage flow of users who enter Twitter.
The problem appears to be a general one around the world. The Herald reported that Twitter users in the UK are also experiencing problems accessing the social media platform.
A user at Down Detector complained about the error messages sent by the page, adding: “Something went wrong. Try reloading.’ Yes, I’ve done that at least 50 times now.”
FIRST BIG CUT UP AFTER FEBRUARY
The outage is the first major Twitter outage since a series of social network problems in February. Twitter had similar issues twice in one week in February, and users were unable to access the service due to a “technical error that prevented timelines from loading and Tweets from being sent.”
The new cut comes just days after the social network sued Elon Musk. Musk is trying to get out of a $44 billion buyout deal based on Twitter’s claims that it was unable to meet requests for information about bot and spam activity on the platform.
