Instagram’s popular feature may come to Twitter
Instagram has been successfully implementing the Close Friends option for the Stories feature for a long time. In this way, when users upload a story to the platform, they can manually select who can be viewed. Twitter is now focusing on a similar function under the name Trusted Friends.
According to a photo shared by Twitter designer Andrew Courter, the app may soon offer a lot of customization options to its users. In this direction, people will be able to choose who can respond to their tweets, as well as adjust their target audience as they want.
Another concept shared by Courter will help users identify their areas of interest in a more practical way. For example; When you enter a profile, you will be able to see all the tweets of the person, as well as only the work-related posts. Thus, users will be able to easily separate their corporate and personal lives from each other and catch their followers from the right place.
Finally, Courter has also implemented a concept design for filtering responses that allows users to select specific words they prefer not to see. This feature will allow you to block words and phrases that you are afraid of being answered when you post. Twitter will notify the other user that the word they choose is contrary to that person’s preference.
Of course, all these features above are just concepts. While Courter reminds his followers that these are not even in the testing phase yet; He also talked about the possibility that they will never be able to see it on the platform. Still, followers showed great excitement about how these features will look on the platform.
But what do you think, which of these concept features should come to Twitter? Don’t forget to share your ideas with us!
