In recent years, Twitter, which has started to take much more steps on the privacy and security of users, did not allow sharing only for a certain audience. In other words, the posts on your profile were visible to everyone. However, it is entirely up to you who sees a post you make on Facebook. It switched to a similar structure with the Twitter Circle feature.

Twitter Circle feature is available to everyone!

It would not be wrong to say that the Circle feature, which has been tested since May, is similar to the feature of my close friends on Instagram. People who are not on the list you set cannot see your posts. With Circle, which is currently available to everyone, you can add up to 150 people to your list.

However, this number is likely to increase in the future. Next to the tweets you send using this feature, there is a notification saying “Only users in the Twitter Circle list can see this tweet”. Thus, the user on your list can understand that he or she is special.

How to use the Circle feature?

To use this feature, before tweeting, it is enough to select the Circle or Twitter Circle by clicking the “Everyone” option in the upper left, add new people to the list and send tweets that way.

So, did you like the Circle feature? Do you think it’s a necessary feature? Do not forget to share your thoughts with us in the comments section.
