Twitter has taken a new measure against tweets containing hate speech. Now, instead of these Tweets, a warning will be shown in the first place, and then a hashtag.

Acquired by Elon Musk in September 2022, Twitter today launched a new feature in line with its transparency policy for users. Tweets containing hate speech will no longer be displayed on Twitter in the first place, and a warning will be placed instead of the Tweet.

The new feature, available from today, also includes Tweets that were previously considered hate speech by Twitter. Tweets determined to contain hate speech now include the following warning:

Considering tweets as hate speech on Twitter and limiting their access will have no effect for the account holder. Only the Tweet in question will be affected by hate speech, and there will be no restrictions on the person’s other posts.

No ads will be displayed under Tweets marked as hate speech. On the other hand, people who find it wrong to consider his tweet as hate speech will be able to appeal to the Twitter administration.
