Twitter, the biggest exchange of ideas and discussion in modern times, makes it easy to unearth old tweets with the feature that users add to their profiles. This feature, which was added to only a limited number of profiles in the past, has passed the trial test and is now available to all users. However, according to information obtained from XDA, this feature added to Twitter is currently only available in the iOS app.
The feature added to Twitter is actually not exactly new. Users could see past tweets of a certain profile on Twitter by typing “<username> <search term>” into the search engine on any platform. However, this feature added to iOS applications allows us to do this directly through profiles. So where and how to access this feature? Let’s take a look at that.
Old tweets can be seen on user profiles:
When iOS users press the search icon on the top right of the profile they want to see their old tweets, a new search tab appears. When you type the tweet you want to find on this tab, it appears. If you can’t remember the exact content of the tweet, when you type any keyword, you can see all the past tweets where that word was used. In this way, the content you want to find is more accessible and old notebooks can be opened more easily during discussions.
Twitter has added a ‘preview’ to the Instagram links shared on Twitter with a new feature it has recently offered. In addition, two new features were added to the platform last month. With the “Super Tracking” feature added last week, iOS users can purchase a “premium membership” for the accounts they want and see extra content. Also coming is a new feature that gives the option to customize the Twitter menu. In these times when Facebook could not get out of the crisis, Twitter seems to continue to offer new features to its users.
