Honda, which recently closed its Gebze factory where the domestic Civic is produced, wants to expand its models in Turkey. Accord, which has been missing in the Turkish market for a while but is considered one of Honda’s most successful models, has been offered for sale in our country with a special launch today.
Honda Accord, which has two different equipment options, Executive and Executive Plus, will start sales as of October 16th. The starting price of the vehicle with the 1.5-liter i-VTEC Turbo engine is 540 thousand TL.
The new Honda Accord produces 190 horsepower
The Japanese auto giant recently announced that they broke their own record with sales of 30 thousand units in 2021. Adding City to its sedan product range after Civic, the company made a quick entry into the D segment this time.
When we look at the engine of the new Honda Accord, we see that the 1.5-liter VTEC engine produces 190 horsepower and 260 Nm of torque. Thanks to this engine combined with a CVT transmission, the new Accord accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 8.9 seconds.
