Today, the company is constantly working to regain the lost audience. The Post+ feature, which is available in the USA today, actually serves this purpose. As far as is known, members using the platform ask for donations from their followers by linking to platforms such as Patreon.
Tumblr, which allows its members to earn money thanks to its Posts+ feature, is trying to create an appeal for itself with this aspect. Users will be able to create posts that only their subscribers can see. It will also be possible to include previously shared posts in the subscription. Pricing can be made for the content in question up to $1.99, $3.99, $5.99 and $9.99.
Creators previously had to contact Tumblr’s support team if they wanted to block a subscriber. The company has eliminated this requirement. It is now possible to block a subscriber directly without any extra action. In addition, in the statement made by Tumblr, it was stated that the Posts+ badge that appeared next to the usernames was removed.
