Tomorrow Crypto goes public through the SPAC merger with Nasdaq-listed Globalink Investment Inc.
Crypto mining infrastructure company Tomorrow Crypto wants to set up infrastructure for its clients to mine Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). The mining infrastructure company goes public through SPAC (Combination Purpose Partnership) with Globalink. Thus, the company will have more growth opportunities in the blockchain market, which continues its continuous development.
Tomorrow Crypto SPAC Will Merge With Globalink
US-based Tomorrow Crypto and Globallink Investment Inc. The merging partnership with the company will provide a new infrastructure to crypto-mining customers. The combined company, Tomorrow Crypto Group Holding Inc. will take its place on the Nasdaq exchange.
The transaction, worth approximately $310 million, will be approved by Tomorrow Crypto shareholders and regulators. In the fourth quarter of 2022, it is stated that the company will bid farewell to its old name and become active under its new name.
According to TheBlock news, Tomorrow Crypto CEO Mingliu Wang said in a statement:
