With the new beta update, WhatsApp users will now be able to determine how long the messages they want to pin to the chat will remain fixed.
Timed message pinning feature:
The new feature includes 24-hour, 7-day and 30-day options for chat or messages to be pinned to a chat group. Once this time has elapsed, the message is automatically removed from pinned messages. Of course, users can also manually terminate the pinning status before the time runs out.
The update, which includes the new emojis of WhatsApp, has been released only for the Android version of the application. If you are a user in the beta program, you can get the new update from the Google Play Store.
