TikTok may announce its gaming channel next week
According to a report from the Financial Times, TikTok is launching its own gaming channel. Accordingly, TikTok users will be able to access the games they want by pressing a tab on the main page of the social media platform. According to the information received, this channel will include many mobile games, including those developed by TikTok.

The gaming channel will be led by Assaf Sagy, whom the company appointed two weeks ago as the new Head of Global Gaming. Sagy previously stated that TikTok and the gaming industry are made for each other. Sagy used the following statements about TikTok and the game industry:

It is not yet known when the new game channel will be added to the platform. However, we expect this development to be announced during the company’s first livestream event, TikTok Made Me Play It, on November 2. This event will feature speakers from various gaming companies, including EA, 2K, NetEase Games, VNG Games and Homa.
TikTok has been testing this feature for a while by offering some mini-games on the app to its users in Vietnam. In the near future, we can expect this service to spread globally.
