TikTok announced an innovation today that will especially please content creators. In its statement, the social media giant stated that users can now share videos directly via third-party platforms.

The feature called “Direct Post” will make it easier to share videos by integrating into many platforms popular among users.

You will be able to share videos on your TikTok account via platforms such as Twitch, Adobe, CapCut.

Direct Post will be able to work with applications such as Twitch, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Express, TikTok’s own video editing application CapCut. Users will need to link their TikTok accounts to these platforms to use the feature.

It will also be possible to make video adjustments after the accounts are linked. For example, you will be able to choose who can view your video or whether you want to add text or not, without needing the TikTok application.

In fact, the feature of sharing videos from third-party platforms was already available on TikTok. However, this feature saved videos as drafts and allowed sharing via TikTok. Direct Post, on the other hand, eliminates the need for the TikTok application and offers an easier and faster sharing option.

Photo sharing from third-party apps is also on the way

TikTok stated that it will make a similar move in sharing photos other than videos. This feature, which will allow you to share photos directly on TikTok from third-party applications, will be available to users soon.
