Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande and Demi Lovato’s manager, Braun sold his mansion for $18.5 million in Bitcoin. The sale was the largest real estate transaction with crypto in the state’s history.

Tierion, where Wayne Vaughan is the CEO, is also known as a technology company using blockchain.

The property that Vaughan purchased is located on approximately two acres on Lake Austin. It boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and countless luxury amenities, including a huge dock and a large deck with swimming pool.

Not long ago, former mayor of Houston, Tony Buzbee, also offered his mansion for sale for $27.5 million and announced that he had added Bitcoin as a payment option. If Buzbee’s mansion were to be sold for Bitcoin, it would be the most expensive real estate transaction made in crypto.
