The project, prepared for women who want to return to business life, who lost their job in the Covid 19 pandemic or who have an idea for an enterprise, includes a personalized detailed competency analysis prepared by Pertsy and 17 separate trainings certified by Doğuş University, renewed according to today’s working conditions. Women who successfully complete their education will have Doğuş University Education Certificate and Career. They will be able to apply for jobs online.

Back to the Game Project Provides Training and Certification Support

Speaking about the project, Doğuş University Rector Prof. Dr. Turgut Özkan, Doğuş University, made a statement regarding their support to the Back to the Game Project: “We offer a series of trainings on basic skills and personal development in business life to female employee candidates who have had to take a break from their business life or will just start their business life after the pandemic. He stated that they aim to enable women to start their business life advantageously. Continuing his words as follows, “We are aware that especially educational institutions take an active role in bringing female employees into business life and create awareness on the subject in the eyes of employers and the public,” Özkan said. He also expressed that they are proud to provide training and certification support.
