Perhaps the most important thing that the notch, which came into our lives with the iPhone X, took from us was the battery percentage indicator. Not being able to see the remaining battery percentage without opening the control center was disappointing for many users. But now Apple is finally bringing the battery percentage indicator back to the status bar.
According to 9to5Mac’s report, the battery percentage is returning to the status bar in the latest beta of iOS 16. This feature can be enabled in the battery settings of iOS.
However, again according to 9to5Mac, this feature will not be available on all notched iPhones. The iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 mini, and iPhone 13 mini fall out of the party.
Of course, for now, all this information is based on the beta version. iPhones left out in the final version of iOS 16 can also be added to the list.
