If you have a Mac, iPhone or iPad and are looking for a new web browser, you can try checking out Orion. This new browser lets you run both Google Chrome extensions and Firefox add-ons and claims to protect your privacy. It uses WebKit, the browser engine used by Safari on Mac and all browsers on your iPhone.
Orion has just entered the public beta so it still has a few issues, but it still looks like a promising alternative that you can try right now. Not every extension works in Orion, but the most popular ones like uBlock Origin, Dark Reader work flawlessly.
You can go to Orion’s website to install the scanner. The iOS and iPadOS version of Orion is still in beta so it needs to be installed via Apple’s TestFlight app.
