Users who want to access the bank’s mobile application and internet banking say, “The application cannot be accessed temporarily due to congestion. We are working to get you access again.” encounters the warning.
Due to the lack of access to the system, customers cannot perform transactions such as money transfer, bill payment, stock market, foreign exchange and credit.
