South Korean technology giant Samsung has released an important software update for the Galaxy S22 series. The update, which includes the June 2022 Android security patch, also aims to improve the camera performance of the devices.

The update, which started to be distributed in South Korea, is 1.7 GB in size. It will reach other regions in the next few weeks. According to the information on the Samsung forums, the new version is overhauling the camera software of the Galaxy S22, S22 + and S22 Ultra.
What are the improvements?
More natural sharpness will now be achieved when taking pictures. Also, contrast settings have been improved, portrait mode performance has been improved, memory usage has been optimized when recording videos, and the bug where the phone stopped taking pictures in Single Shot mode has been fixed.
