The search for the missing submarine Titan continues at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean, even though its oxygen reserves are depleted in the afternoon. A dozen ships, aircraft, and submarines are currently searching for the missing submersible, but so far without success.

Experts said the submarine is technically depleted of oxygen, but passengers may still have a few hours, depending on how sparingly they use the remaining air in the watercraft.

Lost submarine Titan found?

Rescuers believe that the most important thing right now is to locate the ship. This is very difficult to do because of its small size and depth of more than 4 km at which it dives.

The Titan submarine went to search the wreckage of the Titanic on Sunday, June 18, 2023 and disappeared two hours after the dive. Five people on board are billionaires Hamish Harding, Shahzada and Suleman Dawood, and explorers Stockton Rush and Paul-Henri Nargeolet.
