The two institutions “conducted a coordinated, court-approved activity”. Domains seized included the websites 24xbtc.com, 100btc.pro, pridechange.com, trust-exchange.org, and bitcoin24.exchange. Each of them reportedly offers completely anonymous cryptocurrency exchange services to its users. It is also stated that these exchanges bypass most of the rules and regulations required by licensed crypto exchanges.
