Twitter and TikTok are restricted

According to the information given by Netblocks, a band restriction has been imposed on Twitter and TikTok platforms according to Article 60 Clause 17 of the Electronic Communications Law. In particular, state officials drew attention to the disinformation on social media.

With the restriction of Twitter, which is the only channel where people under the debris in the earthquake area can report, a great deal falls on the teams and contact points in the region. It is unknown for now when the band restriction will end. These social networks are currently only accessible with a VPN.
