Galaxy A54 preview!
Galaxy A54 is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1380 processor. The graphics unit is Mali-G68. In addition, there are storage options in the form of 6 GB and 8 GB memory, 128 GB and 256 GB. Compared to the Galaxy A53, it is stated to be 20 percent more efficient in processing power and 26 percent more efficient in graphics.
When we tested this shared data, we reached similar results. Galaxy A54 managed to score 498 thousand 287 points in AnTuTu, 1009 points in the single-core test and 2858 points in the multi-core test in Geekbench 6. This indicates an improvement between 20 and 25 percent.
When we look at the front of the device, a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED panel with 1080×2400 pixel resolution, 411 ppi, 120 Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits brightness welcomes us. Let’s also say that this screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
In the camera section on the back, we see a triple array instead of a protruding island. Here, there are 50 Megapixel main camera, 12 Megapixel wide angle camera and 5 Megapixel macro camera, respectively. On the front, there is a 32 Megapixel selfie camera. Let’s also say that it can record 4K 30 FPS video.
Finally, let’s move on to the battery and software part. The device’s 5,000mAh battery offers up to 21 hours of video playback time. In addition, there is support for 25 W fast charging. It comes out of the box with One UI 5.1 based on Android 13. However, it is stated that it will receive 4 years of Android and 5 years of security updates.
