The cryptocurrency market is talking about the events revolving around Avalanche today. CryptoLeaks tweet by Binance CEO CZ last night brought up the allegations about Avalanche (AVAX). Later, Ava Labs and Ripple CEOs gave denial responses to the allegations. Now, Kyle Roche, who was at the center of the event, is breaking his silence. He said in the past hours that another altcoin was responsible for the allegations.

“These videos were recorded during private meetings without my consent”

In a report released Friday, CryptoLeaks claimed that Avalanche developer Ava made a collusion with attorney Kyle Roche in September 2019. As part of the alleged settlement, Ava gave 1% of the AVAX token supply and a similar amount of equity to Roche in exchange for it suing the crypto parties. CryptoLeaks’ report, which includes videos of Kyle Roche, was brought to the agenda with the tweet of Binance CEO CZ last night. The report includes statements by attorney Kyle confirming the allegations firsthand.

However, Kyle Roche recently denied these allegations. He said that the gathering was held with ICP token producer Dominic Williams, and the subject was initially about investment. Roche recently shared his side of the story with the Medium link on Twitter. The first lines of the article begin like this:

A post about me, my company, and Ava Labs on the recently launched anonymous website Crypto Leaks contains numerous unsourced misrepresentations and illegally obtained, highly edited video clips that are not presented in the right context. These videos were recorded without my consent during private meetings with Christen Ager-Hanssen, who I now know works for ICP Token producer Dominic Williams, and Christen Ager-Hanssen, a defendant in a high-profile securities fraud case my firm brought against him.

Kyle Roche exposes ICP and AVAX hostility

According to Kyle Roche’s claims, the video that came up was the plan of ICP token producer Dominic Williams. Roche says he was invited to the meeting by Dominic Williams and got drunk:

Mr. Ager-Hanssen requested a meeting with me under the pretense of investing in venture capital in a tech startup, but his main goal is now clear: to deceive and ensnare me.

Kyle Roche’s striking statements are in the last part. According to the experienced litigation attorney, he was unconscious during his explanations in the video. Roche says he was drunk and cheated:

Statements to the contrary in the video are false and were obtained through deceptive means, including directing questions, to deliberately get drunk and then exploit me. Phrases are highly edited and combined out of context.
