The Galaxy S23 Ultra will be released in the first quarter of 2023, along with the Galaxy S23 and S23+. Recently, information about the chipset, battery and rear camera setup of the Galaxy S23 Ultra has already been leaked. Now the model number has been revealed.
According to this leak, the Galaxy S23 Ultra is codenamed “DM3” and model number is SM-S918. This model number varies by version as SM-S918BDS, SM-S918U, SM-S918U1, and SM-S918W. While the model numbers or code names don’t reveal much about the device, it’s a start. More information about the Galaxy S23 series will begin to emerge in the coming days.
Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It is also speculated that it will be Samsung’s first smartphone with a 200 MP camera. It could be a QHD+ Super AMOLED LTPO display with up to 120Hz refresh rate.
