Twitter has been working on Spaces, its Clubhouse-like service, for nearly a year. Finally, the ability to listen to the recorded broadcasts for Spaces, which has been made available on all platforms by ending the beta process, has come.
Twitter Spaces rivals Clubhouse
The famous social media platform announced that previously recorded Spaces meetings can be listened to again, with a statement published through its Twitter Support account. After the broadcasters turn on the recording feature, the broadcasts can be listened to again on both Android and iOS platforms. Twitter announced that this new feature can also be used via the browser.
To use this feature, the person who will set up a Spaces creates the live sound room, as usual, giving Space a title and choosing up to three tags to describe what the room is about. Then they just have to click to record the new broadcast before tapping the New Space button to start their live audio session. In this way, broadcasts can be listened to again later.
If users are in a Twitter Spaces that is being recorded, they may see a red registration button at the top of the page, which indicates that registration is in progress. In this way, it will be understood that the broadcasts can be listened to again.
Twitter has been working hard to expand and improve the Spaces feature over the past few months. The social media giant had recently enabled users to use the Spaces experience on the web without logging into the platform. With the latest update, Spaces has been made much more accessible and is available to both Android and iOS users at the same time.
