GoldenEye 007’s 55 achievements were released on Xbox
If we recall the post from James Bond’s official Twitter account, the post said: : “This year we celebrate 60 years of the James Bond franchise. Watch out for announcements, events and new content in 2022.” Confusing with this tweet, the James Bond team also made those who despaired of the release of a new game of Golden Eye 007.
Not long after this announcement, 55 achievements and a thumbnail of GoldenEye 007 were shared on Xbox recently. After this leak, it became possible for a remastered version of the game to be released on Xbox.
Years ago, it was reported by Xbox that the Xbox Live Arcade version of GoldenEye 007 was being developed, but one of the Xbox’s managers, Phil Spencer, said that “The reason GoldenEye 007 is not on Xbox is due to the rights of the game”. If the problem with the rights of the game is fixed, maybe we can even see a remastered version of GoldenEye 007 on Xbox in the coming days.
