Tizen remains one of the world’s largest smart TV platforms. However, you must remember that at one time, smartphones with the Tizen operating system were also released. It looks like the Tizen App Store has been taken completely offline since December 31st. Users who continue to benefit from the services will no longer be able to download or update applications downloaded from the platform. The closure of the Tizen Store on smartphones is a good example of the failure of some platforms to succeed, even as OEMs try to support them. Even though the last Tizen-based smartphone was launched in 2017, there may still be a few users who still rely on the Tizen Store for their app needs.
