Apple’s upcoming iPhone 17 series continues to come. The latest information claims that all iPhone 17 series, including the new iPhone 17 Air, will have the most advanced M14 OLED panels of Samsung.

It will offer higher brightness and longer life

M14 OLED, Samsung’s most advanced screen technology, reaches 20-30 %higher than the previous M13 panel used in the Galaxy S24 series, as well as its longer life.

The M14 was previously used in iPhone 16 Pro models. Apple will now equalize the screen quality of standard and pro models by bringing the panel to the entire iPhone 17 series. In addition, the flat iPhone 17 and 17 Air will have a renewal rate of 120 Hz for the first time.

Samsung’s most advanced panel is not even used in the Galaxy S25 series. Samsung has made such a choice to reduce costs. The South Korean company integrated the proscaler technology into the Galaxy S25 series to close this gap and increased the image quality.
