Introducing the highly anticipated iPhone 15 family last September, Apple included a new processor, titanium design and a brand new action button in the Pro models. However, a feature in the Pro series may appear on the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus. MacRumors shared remarkable information about the upcoming iPhone series.

Action button coming to iPhone 16 and 16 Plus

We have previously told you that Apple plans to offer users more reasons to choose higher model iPhones. In fact, the last example of this was the iPhone 15 and 15 Pro. However, this situation may be alleviated in the next generation of iPhones. Recent leaks have revealed that the Action button will be standard on all iPhone 16 models.

As far as it is reported, this button will be capacitive compared to the old mechanical TouchID sensors and the Force Touch trackpad on MacBooks. It is also rumored that Apple tried different sizes for this design and some designs are larger than those on the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max. Moreover, innovations are not limited to this. The new action button will be accompanied by a capacitive Capture button positioned just below the power button.

Another piece of information is specific to the new generation iPhone SE. So much so that it was stated that the budget iPhone will have the action button that will be included in the iPhone 16 series. However, let us remind you that this model has not been confirmed yet.
