The front camera to be used in the Galaxy S23 series has been announced
According to reports, the front camera to be used in the Galaxy S23 series has been announced. Leaks from close sources report that all models in the series will be equipped with a 12MP selfie sensor. Technical details of this sensor have not been disclosed yet.
As it is known, the top model of the series Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to come with 200 Megapixel main, 12 Megapixel ultra wide angle, 10 Megapixel 3x telephoto and 10 Megapixel 10x periscope sensors, while the standard and Plus model of the series will be powered by 50MP main camera, 12MP and 11MP auxiliary sensors.
To recall, the current Galaxy S22 and S22+ models feature a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x zoom. So it’s clear that most of the main camera upgrades will be exclusive to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. However, we can say that this will differ on the front camera side.
In addition, the South Korean technology giant plans to produce approximately 32 million Galaxy S23 series devices. Of this figure, 50 percent will be the S23 Ultra model only, and 30 percent will be the base model. This shows us that the S22 Plus model will have the smallest share with 20 percent.
