Render images of the OPPO Reno 8 Pro model have appeared in the past weeks. Today, some technical specifications of the processor and device to be used in the OPPO Reno 8 family have been leaked. Analyst
Digital Chat Station explained some of the technical features of the new model in his post on Webio. OPPO will use the Snapragon 7 Gen 1 model, which has not yet been released, in the Reno 8 model.
OPPO Reno 8 will come with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor
Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor will use 4 ARM Cortex-A710 and 4 ARM Cortex-A510 cores. The ARM Cortex-A710 core, produced with the Armv9 architecture, has about 10 percent higher performance than the Cortex-A78 core. The Cortex-A710, which is 30 percent more efficient than the Cortex-A78 core, exceeds expectations.
Adreno 662 will be used in the graphics interface of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor. Like the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, the Adreno 662 has not yet been introduced. Vulkan 1.1, DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2.0 FP in the new graphics interface. Furthermore, it is stated that HDR1 Plus and Dolby Vision technologies will take place.
OPPO Reno 8 model will use a 6.55 inch FullHD Plus screen. The device, which is stated to be introduced with an AMOLED panel, will have a 120Hz screen refresh rate.
It is stated that the standard model will be introduced with a triple camera array. The other camera features of the device, which is known to have a 50 Megapixel main camera, have not yet been revealed.
It is among the leaked information that the device will have a 4,500 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. It is estimated that OPPO will offer the Android 12 operating system in its new model. OPPO Reno 8 and Reno 8 Pro models will be introduced in June 2022.
