OnePlus, which introduced the new flagship series 11 last month, was criticized by some users for being “too plain” in design, despite the features of the phones. The phone, which was offered only in green and black color options, even cooled some users who were considering buying the phone with the design used in the camera part.
Today, OnePlus announced for the first time the much cooler-looking concept phone of the OnePlus 11 in a new statement. The design of the phone is very similar to the Nothing Phone 1 introduced last March.
The back of the phone will be covered with blue LEDs
OnePlus shared the first photos of its new concept phone OnePlus 11 Concept in its announcement today. The phone, whose back is covered with blue LEDs, will also have a round LED in the unusual camera section. However, according to the first images published, there will not be much change in the design of the phone other than LEDs. Likewise, we see that the round camera section of the OnePlus 11, which has received the most criticism, is also included in this model.
In addition, this concept phone has already started to be criticized by many users on Twitter and Reddit for its “fake” design. The new LED strips of the OnePlus 11 Concept reminded many people of the unusual design of the Nothing Phone 1, which was introduced and released last year. Nothing Phone 1 made history as the first phone to have hundreds of functional LEDs on the back and these LEDs could be customized, and became the signature of the brand.
OnePlus officials announced that the full announcement of the phone will be made at the Mobile World Congress, which will be held in Barcelona next week. The technical specifications of the phone and the difference between the OnePlus 11 (apart from the LEDs) are not yet known.
