Redmi K50 series will come with Samsung 2K screen
Redmi, who shared on the Webio platform in the past days, said in this statement that the series will be introduced on March 17. As the date of the promotional event approached, the company started to provide information about the features of the series with shares. According to the latest post, the Redmi K50 series will be launched with a Samsung 2K display.
The company seems quite ambitious about this feature. It is stated that the screen has a pixel density of 526ppi and supports various advanced adjustments. Redmi emphasized that the Samsung 2K is the most expensive display in the company’s history. Also, the port has dual-frequency GPS, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, IR blaster and it is stated that it will be the first smartphone in the industry to support Bluetooth 5.3.
Redmi had included some information about the phone in its previous posts. According to the shares, the K50 Pro will use the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor introduced at MWC 2022. In addition, the Redmi K50 Pro+ will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. The Redmi K50, on the other hand, will be launched with the Snapdragon 870 chipset.
Redmi K50 Pro+, one of the favorites of the series, will have a 4.500 or 5.000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. In addition, the model will have a 108 Megapixel main camera. It also confirmed that it will come with dual stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Double Gold certification. Redmi CEO Lu Weibing stated that the K50 series will support parallel operation of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
