Unlike previous games, Silent Hill F will take place in Japan instead of the United States. The story of a young girl named Shimizu Hinako will be told in the game. Compared to the story, the town where Hinako lives, suddenly covered with a heavy fog, turns into the center of concern events. Players will advance the story by solving the puzzles in the town and dealing with creatures.

Motoi Okamoto, the manufacturer of the Silent Hill series, described the basic concept of the new game as “beauty in fear”. The release date of the game is not announced now.
