Running during the day, doing sports or applying diet sometimes does not feel enough to lose weight. Don’t question the interest of this with more thinking, because it has a lot of interest!

However, the numbers are far from meeting expectations.

Intensive mental activity provides only 1.3 calories extra burning compared to the rest of the rest. Even if we assume that the length of the day is uninterrupted, this reaches up to 50 calories of extra power consumption. So even to burn 1 slice of bread, you need to solve the equation for hours.

The strength requirement of the brain increases with a finite effort. If you make a 1-hour heavy book reading session, you can burn approximately 10-15 calories. Naturally, if we integrate this into a physical activity, we can word after 150-200 calories burning.
