Apple is expected to introduce the iPhone 15 series in about a month. All models are expected to have the Dynamic Island cutout, while the iPhone 15 Pro versions are said to have an ultra-thin bezel. And now, a Korean blog has posted a comparison image on Naver that highlights the bezel difference between the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro.
Apple’s switch from 2.17mm bezel to 1.55mm might not seem like a huge difference on paper, but a side-by-side comparison of the two phones reveals the huge difference in design. Recent leaks suggest that this is another step towards Apple’s goal of introducing a bezel-less iPhone in the next few years.
According to a major Apple leak regarding Apple’s roadmap for the iPhone to 2027, the Cupertino tech giant plans to launch a bezel-less iPhone within four years, which will have both TrueDepth and camera sensors behind the screen.
While Samsung offers a curved-edge screen on some of the company’s flagship Galaxy S phones, Apple wants to keep the flat screen and angular design of the iPhone.
