New information continues to emerge about the iPhone 15 series, which is expected to be introduced next September. According to what we have learned so far, the main camera will no longer be distinguished between the Pro and the base model, and its design will be almost the same as the iPhone 14.

Of course, there will be millimetric changes in the design in order for the cases to save money for both Apple and third parties. So what will these changes be? The answer to this question was given by the mock-up models that MacRumors showed.

The design of the iPhone 15 and 15 Pro might look like this:

These models, which are the first iPhone 15 models to be shared, include many expected changes in the new series. At the very beginning of these changes, of course, is the Type-C input, which will replace the Lightning input.

The silent mode button, which has had a single function on iPhones for years, performs the same task in the new series. The design of the key does not change despite all the claims, and it is used again as it is shifted to the bottom or top.

The placement of the physical keys on the phone is maintained in the same way. The mute button and volume keys are located on the left side of the iPhone. On the right side, the SIM slot welcomes us.

The biggest change in the overall design will show on the sides of the devices itself. The iPhone 15 series will have slightly more rounded edges, unlike the completely sharp edges that Apple made a comeback with the 12 series.

This difference won’t be felt without picking up the phone. However, with this change, the hand-holding feel of the phone will be different from the iPhone 14 series. Of course, the covers will be produced accordingly.

Another change in the series will be seen on the screen. Apple has included a glossy back glass on the iPhone 14 and Max models. Pro models, on the other hand, had a frosted matte finish. This matte finish will show itself on all models of the iPhone 15 series.

We can expect the camera placement of the new series to have millimetric differences compared to the previous series. After all, although the cameras of the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 are the same, the case you bought for the iPhone 13 does not fit the 14 due to the different placement of the camera setup. The same situation can be seen in the 15 series, which will add a more advanced camera to the base model with the new series.

Of course, the model we see above is only a model produced in the light of guesses and claims at the moment. Although we expect the design of the device to remain almost parallel to this design, there may be some differences in the models released.
