This development, which occurred in the dynamics of cars, was undoubtedly also experienced in concept designs.
Here are 10 Concept Cars on our list
In the last 10 years, many automobile companies have produced futuristic designs. Some of these unique vehicles, with their magnificent exterior design, wonderful wheel design and interior design, are autonomous, some are still on the market, and some could not go into mass production after prototype production.
1. Mazda RX-Vision
In 2015, just three years after the end of the RX-8, Mazda restarted the cycle with the RX-Vision concept. RX Vision, which draws attention with its extraordinary design, will not be released to the market as it is.
2. Renault Trezor
Renault showcased the long, stylish two-seater GT concept in 2016. The concept bases Renault vehicles on life stages and fascinates with the wrap-around window. There is no clear case, but it is expected to appear in mass production in the near future.
3. Volkswagen Atlas Tanoak
In 2018, Volkswagen introduced the Atlas Tanoak Concept with the slogan “a pickup whose living space is the wide open spaces of North America”. The design is named after a tree found on the US Pacific coast.
4. Audi skysphere
This wonderful design of Audi can be used autonomously upon request. When switching to human driver mode; The hood, fenders and front wheels are shortened by 9.8 inches to reduce the car’s length and wheelbase.
5. Nissan IDX
This design, where Nissan’s dream of a retro-style rear-wheel drive sports compact model has come true, has not yet taken its next step. Even though the design is shelved, there are increasing rumors that they can use it in their new productions.
6. Genesis Mint
The design came about with a small car layout with practical design elements such as matrix pattern wheels and underfloor, clean bodywork. The vehicle was introduced at the 2019 New York Auto Show.
7. Porsche 917 Racer Concept
Porsche had announced it in 2013 with the slogan “design by a small team of designers and engineers” in the promotion. The concept’s look and race number are directly inspired by the Le Mans-winning 917, which sets the pace for Porsche’s commitment to racing.
8. GFG Style Kangaroo
The GFG Style Kangaroo, which was unveiled at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, will probably not go into production. Designed as an off-road racing car, the vehicle has a ground clearance of 5.5 inches when in racing mode.
9. Peugeot e-Legend Concept
Peugeot showed the vehicle at the 2018 Paris Motor Show as an electric car with advanced autonomous technology. The Peugeot e-Legend Concept delivers 456 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque to all four wheels.
10. Mercedes-Maybach Vision 6 Cabriolet
The Mercedes-Maybach Vision 6 Cabriolet was unveiled at Pebble Beach in 2017. The four electric motors in the car provide 750 horsepower to the wheels of this nearly 20-foot-long two-seater.
