Steeringless car: Cadillac InnerSpace review

Electric cars are becoming more and more integrated into our lives every day. So much so that in the next 10 years, we will see high-speed charging stations rather than gas stations. Another development is taking place in the cars themselves.

At GITEX 2022, one of the world’s largest technology fairs, we had the opportunity to closely examine the InnerSpace concept model developed by Cadillac. We know that this vehicle will not go on sale anytime soon. But it allows us to see very clearly what awaits us in the future.

We see that the InnerSpace model is designed for fully autonomous driving. There is neither a steering wheel nor an accelerator-brake pedal in the car. In fact, there was no need for a windshield since we would not be using the vehicle ourselves. Instead, there is a huge SMD LED panoramic screen that covers the entire front panel.

When we look at the interior, we see specially designed seats, doors and upholstery so that two people can travel quite comfortably and comfortably. In fact, just as we can watch TV comfortably in our living room, the same is true here.

Of course, Cadillac goes one step beyond comfortable driving with this car. Many biometric sensors are used inside the vehicle to measure the vital conditions of the passengers instantly. It also provides sound, odor and light control.

Not just that. We also know that Cadillac is working on some cars that can take off vertically and provide autonomous driving. He places all these concept vehicles in the product family he calls Halo. As we mentioned, none of these models will be available for sale anytime soon. However, being able to touch the future is very important for the development of technology.
