Oppo’s new series Reno 9 will be released on November 24. With only a few days left before the launch, the company has confirmed the camera features of the devices. The company has confirmed that the lineup consisting of Reno 9, Reno 9 Pro and Reno 9 Pro+ 5G will have a new camera sensor on the back.

Here are the known features of the Oppo Reno 9 series:

Oppo has confirmed that the Reno 9 series will feature a new 50MP main camera sensor. The primary camera will support optical image stabilization (OIS). The rear camera setup will also include the MariSilicon X NPU found in the company’s Find X5 series. The NPU aims to improve low-light video recording and overall performance. The company has not revealed which Reno 9 series phone will get the custom NPU. However, according to leaked design images, Reno 9 Pro+ and Reno 9 Pro will have Oppo’s custom NPU.

Oppo has also confirmed the front camera details. The Reno 9 series will have a 32MP front camera. The Reno 9 Pro+ 5G will have a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor, as well as an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro sensor. Oppo Reno 9 Pro, on the other hand, will have a 50MP main camera as well as an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera.

Oppo Reno 9 will be powered by Snapdragon 778G SoC, while Reno 9 Pro and 9 Pro+ 5G will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max SoC and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 respectively. In addition, the devices will have a 6.7-inch Full HD + curved AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate support.
