Xiaomi will keep the Xiaomi 12 series, which it showcased last year, very rich in terms of the number of products. Because the company will soon launch Ultra, 12S, 12S Pro, 12T and 12 Lite models. In this context, the box opening video of the Xiaomi 12 Lite model, whose live images were leaked before, has now appeared. At the same time, the design and release date of the smartphone has also been revealed.

Xiaomi 12 Lite will go on sale in the European and Asian markets in the coming days. Many important details about the design, technical specifications and release date of the smartphone have been largely revealed by recent leaks. Finally, the unboxing video of the device was leaked.
Twitter user João Lúcio shared the unboxing video of the Xiaomi 12 Lite. He also tested his camera and even watched video from the device. When we look at the video in question, we do not see any difference between the images leaked in April in terms of design.
The device comes with a flat non-curved screen and plastic bezels. The smart model with a high screen-to-body ratio has a triple camera setup. There is also a perforated design in the front. Although it is not clear yet, it is highly likely that there is an under-display fingerprint reader.
There are some key technical features of the Xiaomi 12 Lite on the plastic film placed on the screen. These; 67W charging speed, 120 Hz AMOLED panel and 108 Megapixel main camera. Apart from that, it will come out of the box with Android 12 based MIUI 13 interface.
Leaks on the processor side to date point to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G. The chipset with a 6 nm architecture: houses one 2.4 GHz ARM Cortex-A78 (Kryo 670), three 2.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A78 (Kryo 670) and four 1.9 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores. Adreno 642L also appears as a graphics unit.
The Xiaomi 12 Lite release date has not yet been confirmed by the company. However, if we consider that the Xiaomi 12S Ultra model will be introduced on July 5, it would not be a surprise to see a Lite model at the same event.
