In an interview he gave to a magazine before, Musk said that he first started the day by checking his e-mails, and made new statements on this subject. In this statement, he said, “I have to do sports, I don’t like it, but I have to do it. Instead of picking up the phone as soon as I get up, I will try to look at my phone after 20 minutes of sports.”
Being a dollar billionaire is not easy and takes a lot of work. For this reason, Musk says that his first job as soon as he gets up in the morning is to check his phone and e-mails in case of unusual situations at SpaceX and Tesla.
Some previous scientific studies have revealed that doing light exercise in the morning helps to have higher energy levels for the rest of the day. In that case, it may be good for Musk and others to stop answering the phone first thing in the morning.
