Artificial intelligences like DALL-E 2, Midjourney and Google Imagen are very popular on Twitter and Reddit. This algorithm, which turns the interesting texts of users into visuals, is now the TikTok filter. Thanks to the new effect called “AI greenscreen”, you can visualize your imagination on TikTok.
According to the short video platform’s description, AI-generated images can be used as backgrounds in videos. It is not possible to examine it in detail yet, but according to the images shared so far, artificial intelligence seems to have accomplished very successful works.
The first images made with the “AI greenscreen” filter deal with rather abstract expressions such as ‘astronaut in the ocean’ and ‘flower galaxy’. However, it still looks like it was painted both by machine and by a real artist.
While TikTok says there is no limit to the artificial intelligence’s imagination, it may have restricted the filter to ensure it complies with community guidelines. Therefore, it is not possible to create nudity or violent images with AI greenscreen.
The new filter on the short video platform also seems to herald a new TikTok trend. TikTok, which has not fallen off the agenda with its dance videos recently, draws attention again with its artificial intelligence that turns text into visuals.
