Alfa Romeo CEO Jean-Philippe Imparato has confirmed that the Giulia will continue as a fully electric car in 2025. Imparato also stated that Quadrifoglio, which is at the top of the model range, will have 1000 horsepower.
With these figures, the Giulia Quadrifoglio will produce almost twice as much power as the current model. The model, which is expected to be offered with all-wheel drive, may have three electric motors in the Granturismo Folgore.
While the details of Giulia are not yet clear, it is expected that a battery of at least 100 kWh will serve in the vehicle, with the least announced range figure. On the other hand, the electric Giulia will host 800 V architecture. This means that the batteries can be charged in a very short time.
A 350 hp engine is expected to be offered in the entry version of the new model. The Veloce version, on the other hand, will come up with an 800 horsepower installation. The CEO of the brand also states that the Giulia will also offer a range of up to 700 kilometers.
