Blockchain Agreement from Thailand and Hungary

The Thai Fintech Association and Hungary’s Blockchain Coalition have signed an agreement to support the entry of new technologies into their financial markets.

The deal was signed at the Thai-Hungarian Fintech Forum titled “Strengthening the Financial Revolution Together,” the Bangkok Post reported. The event to showcase financial technology services was organized by the Hungarian embassy.

According to Chonladet Khemarattana, president of the Thai Fintech Association, digital financial services such as e-commerce, mobile payments and digital currency are growing rapidly in Thailand with an increasing number of crypto holders. Stating that international cooperation is required for the further development of financial technology, Khemarattana concluded his words as follows:

“Future cooperation with Hungarian companies will help Thailand gain more experience. It will also help both countries launch new ideas or services in the future.”

Sándos Sipos, Hungarian Ambassador to Thailand, believes that it is extremely important for Hungary to develop the latest fintech solutions and to establish deep cooperation with partners in this field. He added that the diplomatic mission recognized the need to shape fintech trends.
