Gulf Energy, the energy company owned by Thai billionaire Sarath Ratanavadi, has invested in Binance US and BNB.

The document stated that this step “aligns with the company’s goal of becoming a leader in digital infrastructure and provides further opportunities for the company to expand into other digital asset-related initiatives in the future.”
The company also said that its subsidiary, Gulf Innova, signed a shareholders agreement with Binance to set up a crypto exchange on April 13.
