British automobile manufacturer Bentley introduced its first car with an all-electric engine. However, unlike its competitors, it became the agenda with its design that looks like it came out of science fiction movies rather than its technical features.

1,400hp electric Bentley takes the competition to the next level!

Bentley has yet to reveal the name of its new all-electric car. However, the CEO of the company, Adrian Hallmark, shared some technical features of the vehicle during an interview with the press. Although many people focus on its design, it seems to hurt its competitors on the technical side.

When we look at some of the information shared by Hallmark, we see that the vehicle has a power of 1,044 kilowatts (1,400 horsepower). In addition, 0-100 km / h acceleration takes only 1.5 seconds. This surpasses the 1.9-second record of the Roadster 2 model, which Tesla introduced in the past years but has not yet released.

But let us state that this data shared by Elon Musk as a record is only valid for vehicles that come off the mass production line. In other words, if Bentley plans to manufacture this vehicle exclusively on order, not mass production, it will continue to maintain its Roadster record.

However, even if it does not enter mass production, we can say that this new vehicle will still break a record in its field. Because the Nevera model of the Croatian company Rimac is currently the owner of this record, as it accelerates from 0-100 km / h in 1.85 seconds. In any case, Bentley will hurt its rivals with this car.

However, it is predicted that the vehicle will go on sale after 2025. But the company’s CEO has some concerns. Although it is a record-breaking car, he stated that people like 50-110 km/h and 50-240 km/h acceleration more than 0-100 km/h acceleration, and otherwise they may feel a little nauseous.

For this reason, he said that they are working on a model with 0-100 km/h acceleration in 2.7 seconds instead of 1.5. In other words, we can see options that change according to more than one model or package to be released. It is also said that the price will exceed 250 thousand euros.
