Delivery of the long-awaited Tesla Cybertruck has begun in global markets. The model, which draws attention with its futuristic design, was involved in two accidents a few days after deliveries started in Mexico. One of these accidents turned out to be quite a big accident.
In this major accident in Guadalajara, a Cybertruck rolled over and the 18-year-old woman driving the vehicle was thrown out of the vehicle. Afterwards, he started lying on the pavement, seriously injured. The other three passengers in the vehicle were removed by firefighters using hydraulic equipment. One of these passengers was 17 years old, one was 19 years old, and one was 60 years old. In the other accident, a 23-year-old driver crashed into a parked truck and the door of a house. No one was harmed in this accident.
Cybertruck’s security became a matter of debate
There is no Tesla Cybertruck in our country yet, but accidents involving the vehicle also reveal safety problems. Such accidents reveal the need for more information about the use of electric pickup trucks. Controlling electric vehicles and using their features can be difficult.
Although Tesla emphasizes the durability of its electric pickup truck, such accidents show us that new generation vehicles are different and should be used with an approach accordingly.
Deliveries of Tesla Cybertruck in Mexico started on September 25. Mexico was the first country where Cybertruck went on sale outside the USA.
