It was announced that the company, which invested $ 1.50 billion in Bitcoin last year, has a total investment of $ 1.99 billion in Bitcoin.
Tesla also accepted Bitcoin as payment for the sale of certain products. However, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has stopped accepting the digital currency, citing environmental concerns around Bitcoin mining.
The company said it made $128 million from Bitcoin sales after selling some of its holdings in March. Tesla has not disclosed any changes in Bitcoin holdings since then.
