Tesla almost doubled the number of sales
With the closing of the fourth quarter of 2021, the number of vehicles sold throughout the year was shaped. With the announcement of the fourth quarter data, it is seen that Tesla managed to sell much more vehicles than in 2020. Although automotive manufacturers have come to the point of closing their factories due to the chip crisis, we can say that the company has done well. Considering the fourth quarter alone, we see that 308,400 vehicles were sold. This number is 71 percent higher than in the same quarter of 2020.

In October, Tesla’s company market value exceeded $1 trillion, reaching a major threshold. Automotive companies have never been able to reach this threshold before. Moreover, even if you add the market value of manufacturers such as Ford, Volkswagen and Toyota, the result does not reach the market value of Tesla.
Electric cars are becoming more common
Although Tesla is a pioneer in the spread of electric cars, Tesla is not solely responsible for their popularity today.
