Most of you probably don’t know about the first version of these glasses, but actually TCL NXTWear glasses were released in June of 2021. These glasses were announced during Mobile World Congress. Now, TCL has announced that it will introduce a revamped and much cooler version of NXTWear at Mobile World Congress 2022.
The design of the new NXTWear is very similar to the Wayfarer model of RayBan, the world’s most popular sunglasses brand. If you say, ‘It’s shaped like a schematic or something, but what is this NXTWear bro, what kind of glasses is this’, let’s tell you right away.
Imagine if you could fit a TV into your glasses.
With TCL NXTWear glasses, you can connect to any device and view the media you want while lying on your sofa. These glasses, which functionally work in the logic of an external monitor, have 1080p resolution and 16: 9 screen sizes, but the screen refresh rate is only 60 Hz, unfortunately. The weight of the first version of the glasses was 73 grams.
The new glasses, on the other hand, have no functional difference from the previous model, except for their weight. The weight of the glasses has increased to 130 grams due to the cool RayBan looking frame. As we said, glasses will be fully revealed at Mobile World Congress, and perhaps new information about glasses will come in the meantime. We will be following the developments for you.
